She then went on to obtain her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Nova Southeastern University graduating with High Honors. 

Lexi began her career in Family Medicine. After two years, she continued her medical journey into the field of Medical and Surgical Dermatology. Upon beginning her Dermatology career, Lexi instantly developed a passion for facial aesthetics and facial rejuvenation. Her background in surgical dermatology and a comprehensive understanding of the deeper anatomical structures of the face provides her with a strong safety background. Lexi specializes in Botox/Dysport, facial fillers, Kybella, PDO threads, Sculptra, laser resurfacing, microneedling, PRP rejuvenation and much more. 

Lexi's true passion lies in facial rejuvenation, and she is dedicated to providing a personalized, specialized approach to facial aesthetics. Her philosophy centers on enhancing natural beauty and she is committed to helping her patients achieve their unique goals. 

For the past 34 years, Lexi has called Lakeland her home, and she takes great pride in being an integral part of the local community. Beyond her professional life, she is a devoted wife and mother to four beautiful daughters who serve as constant sources of inspiration for her. Lexi also enjoys collaborating and networking with local women in business. 

Since 2020, Kristen has served as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Aesthetics and Dermatology. Her passion lies in aesthetics, medical, and surgical dermatology, where she skillfully combines her expertise with a commitment to making people feel their best and improve their confidence. 

At The Monarch Medspa, Kristen offers a diverse range of services, including Neurotoxins, Fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, microneedling, PRP, PDO threads and more. Her approach to beauty is rooted in the belief that it comes from within, and her artistic vision is dedicated to bringing out her clients' inner beauty to produce natural looking results. 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kristen finds joy in the company of her husband, Brent, and their four beloved fur babies. Her blessed life is enriched by the love and support of family and friends, making her a cherished member of both the professional and personal communities she serves. 

She has a wealth of knowledge of dermatology conditions, medical skin care products,  cosmetic procedures such as acne facials, chemical peels ,PRX collegan stimulating treatment, micro-needling and anti-aging skin care treatments.

She began her career as a licensed aesthetician then followed with training as a certified medical assistant. She has a deep interest in helping patients look and feel better. She also offers permanent make up (cosmetic tattooing). 

JoAnn's depth of knowledge is a wonderful asset and she genuinely cares about everyone she meets. When she is not working she enjoys time doing  outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with her family,  and friends.
